David is a licensed U.S.C.G. Master Captain who has been fishing the local waters of the Jersey Shore for over 30 years.
His fishing experiences have taken him from our local New Jersey waters, to the tropical islands of Hawaii, and South and Central America where he has fished for Grouper, Cobia, Billfish, Tuna, and a host of other species.
He has spent countless days on the water with tremendous success inshore and at the offshore canyons with his father Captain Barry Goldman who operated the Ol’Salty II since David's childhood.
In 2009 he guided two clients to +50 pound stipers on the same day. We call Dave “The BASSMASTER”
Rich has been a member of the National Factory Team of St. Croix Rods for the last 11 years. Rich is the Shore Catch specialist for Raritan Bay/Sandy Hook and handes our spin, conventional, and bait guided charters for those clients that want to fish this area. This includes plugging, snagging and livelining bunker, as well as baitfishing with clams, chunks, and worms.
Rich has the expertise to do it all and the fish landed to back it up. In the past three years, Rich has personally put between 1,800 and 2,500 bass on the beach or over the rail of a boat each year.

Dave Torrick is no stranger to either the beach or the boat in our local Jersey waters as he has been fishing them for over 30 years. Dave specializes in the Raritan Bay area and knows every nook and cranny.
In the Spring he guides clients in the back waters off Sandy Hook and in the Fall out along the outer beaches on the North Jersey Coast. Dave is equally at home guiding with light spin gear, conventional, or fly tackle, but when the first schools of Bunker arrive, chunking BIG bass becomes his specialty.
Dave has taken bass to 49 pounds. In addition to guiding, Dave is also on the ASA, FLW, and offshore Tuna and Marlin Tournament Trails with Capt. Rich Swisstack.
